What we do
Preliminary Site Evaluation and Consultation ENGAGE provide a detailed feasibility package enabling clients to define the self storage possibility in the surrounding catchment area and clarify the cost, potential and risk implications of the development. With this information clients are able to make a full and proper judgement on the development or the value of such a development on any given site. Our feasibility work is tailored to the individual needs of each client, from full demographic breakdowns to competition analysis.
Design & Construction Development ENGAGE prepare a series of possible design solutions in accordance with clients requirements to best adapt a new build opportunity or an existing building maximising its potential. ENGAGE can then assist with the detailed design of the internal configurations establishing the most beneficial use of the space optimising revenue potential. ENGAGE have extensive knowledge of producing the most cost effective build solution considering all the essential building requirements and supervising all the works to handover.
Financial and Business Modelling ENGAGE prepare business simulation models to support the options under consideration. These allow full “what-if” analysis and produce not only financial appraisals but also business cost/benefit analyses. Outputs include financial costs, investments and returns as well as risk profiles and key business indicators. As well as allowing proper modelling and assessment of the options under consideration this provides an excellent tool for subsequent monitoring of the delivery of the chosen option and can readily be incorporated into a reporting and monitoring system.
Self Storage Turn Key Programs & Training ENGAGE take a project from the design and build phase through to marketing and operational build up and finally to site opening. This is an all encompassing package which provides the client with the tools to effectively manage the build up to maturity.
